Chaat Masala (2024)

Chaat masala is a staple spice blend from India, where it's used as a seasoning to create chaat, a popular street snack with endless variations, often containing fried chickpeas, bread and potatoes. Amchur (dried green mango powder), salt and chilli powder give the blend its characteristic tangy, salty, spicy zing.

Uses: Sprinkle over salads or chaat (fried snacks) or use in place of salt on your chips. Also delicious on fruit - try a pinch on mango or pineapple.

Ingredients:Amchur, salt, chilli, cumin, black pepper, coriander, ginger, ajowan seed, mint, asafoetida

Allergens are listed in CAPITALS. May contain sesame, mustard and celery
