What Members Are Saying
I have been a patient of Dr David DiPitro’s MDVIP practice for many years. I have never received such attention to my well being and health before. My annual check up is so thorough and done with state of the art medical equipment. The first half of my check up takes one hour, including blood samples, breathing test, ekg, hearing, strength, circulation, and so much more. These tests are sent to the Cleveland Clinic for testing and the results are sent back to the office. The second half of my check up is spent with Dr DiPitro discussing the results and what they mean. I receive a copy for my own file and I can compare the changes over the years. I am made aware of what innoculations are recommended and I can get them, for the most part, at the office.I have never waited more than 5 minutes before seeing the doctor, and while I wait there is the availability to have coffee, tea, healthy drinks, breakfast bars and other snacks.I receive information, via emails, during the year on how to stay healthy and things I can do to maintain my health. There is a portal to see any messages that would be important for me to see, as well as the ability to ask questions. If I have a question that I need an answer to right away, the Doctor has called me within a very short period of time. The office staff is just the best. They are friendly, medically well trained and very caring. They treat me as a family member. As a 84 year old, I think I am a pretty good judge of medical care. There’s not much more to say, other than I am blessed to have the best medical care available.

I truly appreciate the services offered by Dr. David DiPietro and the availability that I have to 24/7 care.An incident that stands out foremost in my mind was when I experienced what I did not know at the time was a migraine. I was at work and the words on the computer did not make sense to me. I could see part of a word that ran into another partial word. Three was a blank in between the words. I had a severe headache at the same time. I did not get many headaches which was a concern and when the images on the screen become more confusing, I called Dr. D.Dr. D. who is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor told me that he felt I had a migraine and that it was unusual for someone my age; I was in my early 70s to start getting migraines at my age. He wanted me to go to the ER. My work was an hour from where I lived and I did not want to go to a hospital close to work as my records were at Doylestown Hospital. Dr. D. stayed on the phone with my while I drove the hour to my home town.I don't know what I would have done without his comforting words and support during that endless drive. I was truly touch by his care and concern. Thank Goodness, it was just a migraine and not an issue with my brain.Ashley and Jen also are so supportive and caring that I would be lost without this "family" of care. If I call or email with a question or concern, they are right on the issue. Ashley even puts up with my many challenging emails like when I had to move to MD for 7 months and had trouble getting prescriptions filled at an out of state pharmacy. I truly appreciate all they do for me and how attentive they all are.I don't know what I would do without MDVIP, Dr. D., Ashley and Jen.

I have been a patient of Dr DiPitro for over 27 years. My husband was also a patient for 11 years before his passing from a Glioblastoma tumor in his brain. At that time, I had to find several brain and cancer doctors to treat his problem. That didn’t stop Dr DiPitro from calling me to find out how my husband was doing and how I was managing through it all. It was only 6 months from my husband’s diagnosis to his passing.Dr DiPitro left the family practice he was at to pursue a VIP practice. I didn’t have the means to become part of the VIP practice because I was not left any money after my husband’s death. I had to return to work full time. Dr DiPitro called me and offered me a chance to become part of the new practice. I do believe this was a spiritual intervention because, although I was relatively healthy for my age. The new practice offered me a complete in depth check up every year, with a booklet offindings from the Cleveland Clinic. I have never felt so confident about my health.Dr DiPitro is caring, empathetic and supportive. I know he listens to me when I have concerns and we discuss whatever it may be. I am closing in on 85 this year, and although, I probably have good genes, I know Dr DiPitro has helped me to get here through his attention to my health through the years. I am so thankful for Dr DiPitro.

Meet David DiPietro, MD
As a family physician in Furlong, I value the relationship with my patients. I try to get to know each patient on a personal level and care for them as if they were a family member. I have practiced in Bucks County for over 25 years.
My philosophy is that medical care should be delivered in a relaxed personalized atmosphere where patients feel they are listened to and have their questions answered. When medical issues arise, patients should have the peace of mind that they can be seen in a timely manner by their physician. I want my patients to know that they are the center of attention from the time they walk into the office until the time they leave. In addition, I want them to leave with a feeling of satisfaction that their health care needs were addressed.
Because of the ever changing health care system I felt I needed to give patients an option to participate in a practice where they could experience medicine the way it used to be. Being an MDVIP-affiliated physician has allowed me to do just that. This personalized approach affords me the time to deliver quality, state-of-the-art care in an unhurried, relaxed setting. In my MDVIP-affiliated practice, I can spend more time with patients during their office visits, therefore they are much more satisfied and their health outcomes are improved. I also offer conveniences, like same- or next-day appointments that start on time, which may be found in concierge medicine practices.
I am board-certified in family medicine and a Pharmacist. I am affiliated with Doylestown Hospital and Abington-Jefferson Health. As a family physician, I treat patients of all ages. I have special interest in cardiovascular disease prevention, hypertension, diabetes care, psychopharmacology and geriatric medicine.
Located in central Bucks County, my office serves the residents of Buckingham, Doylestown, Jamison, Wrightstown, Solebury, and New Hope, as well as Lambertville and Stockton, New Jersey.
I look forward to giving you the opportunity to once again experience medicine the way it should be.

Frequently Asked Questions
Doctors who operate in the MDVIP models typically see far fewer patients than traditional primary care doctors. That gives them more time to develop deeper doctor-patient relationships that can lead to better outcomes. They can also offer conveniences that most primary care doctors can’t, including same- and next-day appointments. They’re available after hours for urgent matters. And they have time to focus on prevention. That focus begins with the MDVIP Wellness Program, which patients pay for with their annual membership fee.
Most MDVIP-affiliated primary care practices accept insurance (your physician can tell you whether they accept your specific insurance plan). Your annual fee pays for preventive care medical services that insurance usually doesn’t cover (e.g., advanced diagnostic testing and screenings). Your MDVIP-affiliated physician will continue to bill your insurance and charge copays, co-insurances and deductibles as he or she currently does for other medical services like sick visits.
MDVIP makes wellness and prevention easier by providing your physician with innovative tools and technology. MDVIP supports your physician’s practice and seeks to eliminate barriers to a positive healthcare experience. Your doctor will determine whether and how to incorporate these tools at his/her discretion.
