The millionaire - who claims he is the 'most measured person in history' - says his team tracks how his meals are affecting his body and function, all in the quest of achieving the optimal health.

He has shared previous iterations of diet to social media before - but reminded his audience that's an ever-evolving process.

Johnson now has a simplified version of the Blueprint diet - including powders and pills to provide vitamins - after originally starting his journey by consumingconsuming 80 vitamins and minerals a day.

'When I wake up the first thing I do is drink longevity mix, [which contains] vitamin C, magnesium, calcium Alpha ketoglutarate, glycine and ashwagandha,' he explained.

He then takes eight pills with the mix, claiming they have been made so people of 'all age and genders' can consume safely.

Johnson has spent million of dollars attempting to reverse his physical age, claiming he now has the heart of a 37-year-old, the skin of a 28-year-old, and the fitness of an 18-year-old after adopting the highly-regimented program in 2020.

He has attracted both criticism and admiration for his bizarre and shameless attempts to de-age himself, including swapping blood with his son, 17, and even tracking his erections.

The tech mogul has also spoken about his skincare routine, sharing he tries to minimize the time he spends in the sun by only venturing out when he can in the early mornings or in the evenings when the UV index is low.

According to the anti-aging biohacker, his lengthy skincare routine is working - and has already regressed his age.
